• Business Closed?
    Payex Has You Covered!

We're Here to Support You

Let’s face it, none of us really know how Coronavirus will continue to impact businesses across the Nation like yours and ours. Like you, we’re keeping a level head, a positive outlook, and taking one day at a time.

We firmly believe that there is a gift in giving and that being good requires doing good. From the bottom of our hearts, we sincerely appreciate you and are committed to supporting the financial well-being of your business, employees, and family in any way we can. And while it may not seem like a lot in the big picture, one way that we want to help during these challenging times is by lowering your overhead.

Who The Rebate Is For

If your business was closed and unable to process credit card transactions for a period of ten days or more due to a local mandate or you elected to close your business in the best interest of your employees, this rebate is meant for you.

How to Request a Rebate

To ensure fast and accurate processing of your rebate, we will only accept requests via the form on this page. Our client support team will direct you back to this page, so please support us in allowing our team to continue to provide amazing support with minimal hold-times by only calling for technical support needs. Thank you.

Can I temporarily close my account instead?

In short, yes. If you would like to forego a rebate for last month, we will waive the seasonal account closure fee and close your account for up to 90 days at no additional cost. Use this option with caution because it can take a week or more to re-open your account. So if you know you’re going to be closed for a specific period of time and can provide us with at least a week’s advance notice to re-open your account, click here instead.

Additional Support is Available

Regardless of whether you qualify for the rebate or prefer to temporarily close your account, we have three additional ways we would like to help support your business.

1. For ongoing business guidance, encouragement, and a dose of positivity, we have established a Small Business Owners Support group on Facebook. This is a great place to connect with a group of like-minded, engaged, and supportive business owners like yourself that want to help each other succeed. In addition, Payex CEO, Doug Mack, holds a live, interactive Zoom video conference on the first and third Saturday of each month at 12:00 PM EST.

2. We are committed to improving our communication and engagement, delivering you consistent and valuable information that is relevant and timely. We’ll be covering the most important subjects that are critical to every business’s success like marketing, management, operations, money, and mindset.

3. Last, but definitely not least — in the wake of our current business climate, you will likely begin to see an abundance of advertisements and marketing materials that promise ways of acquiring quick and easy loans for your business. We want you to be protected and, for this reason, have created the following guide to help you safely navigate the process of getting the money you may need to grow your business.
